Dear Johnny, 

I am glad to think of the pleasure I promise myself of seeing you if you are at leisure on Tuesday morning July 26. I am going to take a little trip to the West, & shall pass through Chicago, arriving at 7 A.M and leaving at 2:15 P.M. I am very glad to hear that you are well established socially and artistically. Miss Hurlbut's address is still Hollidaysburg. She thought last spring when she was here of giving up art and studying medicine, and I have only heard of her occasionally since then although we are always looking for a visit from her.
