It seems to me this Art museum can make no mistake in preserving any or all of these four pictures.

The other pictures which interested me most are the larger Richard Wilson, the Dubigny, of boats on a beach, very simply and [[?]] painted and fine tone.

The Sir Joshua head, the Michael and a small study of a Donkey or Goat by Mange, one of the best studys I have seen by anybody. The larger [[?]] is undoubtedly [[?]] but to me confused and ineffective in linear design. [[?]] the [?] types not very well [[?]], (with one exception) and while this color is bright, it is rather [[?]] and [[?]].

The Jerome is one of the most [[?]] ones and from this strong telling point of view is splendidly [[?]] but from [[?]] other painting point of view it is bad. there is no relation between the figures and the background and none between the various figures and to me these look like so many little paper
