My Sister,

I send the letter to you this week because I want to address it to Jamie - dear boy. I thought I was writing to them in turn. I did write once to him - Didn't he get it?

We are in a perfect whirl now with the Wilson's and Julie's arrival. They arrived yesterday, and May has been on her head ever since trying to settle them. Of course we both wanted them to come here and were sure they couldn't do better - but they apparently think they ought to have all things for nothing -

Then I had a note from A asking me to dine with them tonight - Nettie Hooper was to come - I didn't like the arrangement and they did not ask May - so I wrote declining and said I had another engagement. (Story, but I thought we and Julie would go to the Austin's) Asked them to go with me to the Beaux Arts Caricature Exhibit tomorrow at Five. While I was out today Emily called leaving cards for May and me.

Haven't heard again from Clifford Grayson about the Salon, but if I hear from him before Monday which is [[?]] I shall try to attach myself to the [[?]]. Florence has two etchings in the Salon! Isn't that fine!
