Now that she has written to Aunt Sarah - you can speak about all these mysteries with her. She has [[?]] been kept in the dark until lately. I think Belle is a grand woman - Uncle Will and Aunt E are poring over the Salon Catalogue - and it takes a long pour. Just think Etta is spending today in New York. I, too, went to church last Sabbath - but it was too long. I took Aunt Em home, before the service was over; sorry because it was good - Faith, Hope & Charity - nicely explained. Aunt Eliza went to town to hear Dr. Crosby - very glad you 'girls' like the America Church - Paris is looking its best - after a cold damp dark winter, we are getting some sunshine, and Mrs Noble is coming tomorrow to attend to [[?]] - no mosquitoes yet. Ella and Henry, gone to NY today - Baby came this PM - we were sitting on the [[?]] and Cecil skipped around like crazy - give love to [[?]] & May - she, [[?]] will keep all astir - let nothing be omitted - she will make you see all

I didn't see this page empty - pity! There is nothing interesting to tell - so you are very full - and your soul can hold no more. There is actually nothing left of [[?]] in or out. The family think so too. I do not [[?]]- There is a thunderstorm coming and all looks [[?]] in the garden. But we enjoy our halls still and our portraits - it seems as if you had been gone since the time of Moses. Aunt E's watch has been to the makers - & now it goes. That is the most exciting event tonight. Uncle Charles dined here with the two boys. We had for our dinner mostly - a huge dish of daisies.
I thought Fleury was your [[?]]. Etta has been to New York today - not to be back til 11 P.M.
