I do not know how to rejoice enough in my privileges Georgie takes so much pains with them. She is so enthusiastic & really enjoys teaching. Poor Harry had not realized before the other day that you would not be home on Xmas, & his eyes all filled up - I had to begin to be excessively cheerful at once, or he would have wept & wailed. You must not send us any thing but Merry Xmas this year, & when you come, you will bring a picture of some kind. You cannot spend a cent on us this season - we none of us expect any thing, so dont have us on your mind at all. Dont forget to send Miss Mary Brown a card. Do you want me to send you the $7. for my beaded wrap, or can I pay for something on this side for you? Cecil is running about me & he peeps behind my chair in such a killing way & says "peek-a-boo". He says "Cecil-boy" - when you ask him his name now - strong emphasis on the boy, & a wise nod of his head. He calls himself a "nuisance" & a rascal.("axle")
I am so glad you love our letters.
Your sister.
