I am covering two of my parlor chairs, & I think you will like them  
One I did my self, & the little rocking chair I am having a man do.   Poor little Alice is worse today - I can hardly think of any thing else - the trouble has gone to her brain & I fear she is going to leave them. So many [[strikethrough]] trouble [[/strikethrough]] people I know of are in trouble & grief.
Lillie Craige had a daughter born on the 27th - she is better now, but was very ill—   I am so glad the Este's were so nice to you - they do know how to be indeed.  I believe I never thanked you for the cunning Almanac - it is a dear.  I really did not deny my self to send you that money, that is not perceptibly - I would have liked to tho!  What do you think of one buying the Pharo's cottage at B.H. good will
