Dearest Polly -

The boys & I had your lovely letter on Monday & rejoiced in its contents. To think of you not having the box yet, tho' I suppose you have by this time, you must have been curious to see what kind of artificial flowers I was sending you, as I mentioned them! How eager we shall be to see some beautiful Kinseller.  I don't know how you spell it.

We shall have a sight of Mr. Hoeber any how at the Ex. & that will be a bit of you. Mona Lisa has not yet begun to elevate our neighborhood, she is in oblivion in my drawer. Uncle Will is going to have her
