My Dear Leilie.   You just ought to hear Fräulein Emery firing away down stairs on the piano! By the way she never ceases admiring your work whenever she sees a new specimen. The other day I took her to the Drinkers - she exclaimed the moment she entered the parlor, at the two children in the panel. Said she should have known Etta anywhere. She admired every Chinese bit of carving and furniture to Etta's great satisfaction. Another time she is going to see the bijouterie and all her small curiosities. 
Of course Etta will tell you about Cliffy Goodwin and about Harry's proposed marriage and how Claire and Cliff were both here last night and Georgie slipped away quietly and came up here to sleep.
