Belgium—  Plenty of other men asked A. to introduce them and he would'nt because they were'nt good dancers—    Altogether it was something I should'nt have liked to miss - we did'nt get home until half past two but we got up and went to church as usual to the rue de Berri and I had a good nap this afternoon—  
Now vernissage comes on Tuesday and I shall be at The Palais nearly all day—  It will be great fun  I know my picture will be skied but I dont much care—  It is hard to go to cours twice a day and

and fitted me to perfection made over an old underwaist—  It was low neck and short sleeved - white nuns veiling with plastron[[*]] front and back of green brocade and trimmed all around with gold gimp—  The sleeves were very full white crepe gauze held in twice with gold gimp bands - the same filled in the neck which was drawn up to a gimp collar and ruff—  My coronet was stunning gold with pearls in the points made in half an hour - and I had white narcissus in the corsage—  Benj' Wright came and dressed us and sewed me into my clothes—  Then we went down and were raved over by the Esté's and Amsden  over
