We went over to the D’s at about five and there were ever so many people there   
The Leonard Darwins - The 'major' brother are spending Sunday from London. She dresses beautifully and looks much like Cousin May Fulton—  Mr Langley was there and another man - then we all went for a turn in the 'Roundabout” and then to tea at The Bucklees [[Buckleys]] rooms—  He is an attractive fellow - a rich Baltimorian - Dear jolly Duckworth has come back and he also joined us—  He is a beamish boy, and devoted to Maud—
I'm glad you have a chance

for some music - Mrs Burnham sent me a photograph case in Paris with herself - "Will" & all the children - you must have seen them as I sappse [[suppose]] she had dozens—  I havnt written to her yet about it but thogh [[though]] I shall write probably by this mail you might say I had mentioned them and I sent my love - think of Sallie Leavitt and Ethel Burnham chums—  I'm glad Sallie had some fun if she did'nt really hurt herself doing it—  I'd like to go straight from New York to Beach Haven when I arrive and think I could pack my things so as to do so - I should be awfully disappointed not to arrive at B.H. I have always pictured myself doing it and I want to get there
