I am glad - I should soon grow haggard - if I had to keep it up all day and night every day. Have had a most lovely afternoon - Cant tell all about - it - To Dr. Jebbs thesis for a few minutes we the only ladies-lecture room crowd with learned Profs - just went for curiosity - then to lunch in a nice little under graduates rooms - son of Dana the artist back home more undergraduates - one charmer - and tea in the garden
Then a big garden party - with Mrs Jebb and Maud & Miss Reynolds - lovely one nice to me - the Master of Trinity (The King of Cambridge) talked to me ever so long and was very chummie— My mouth is dry with talking & stiff with smiling— Am so sorry to hear about Sam's wife - poor fellow— May write to me again right away - love to Estés & Austins
