Academy &c. Mr. Ford knows Chamberlain well and his friend Boyd. So if possible for me to turn out something good - well drawn and stylish - through the Fords I can be noticed. 

Tonight if Mrs. Ford gets home in time we go to the Opera. Tomorrow to the Theater to see Irving and so on. 

They are kind people. Today is a great day in London. The streets are full of color. Sir A. Milner is returning from the Cape and it is the King's birthday. Love to all, will write again Sunday.
