We saw land early Friday morning, passed the Oceanic and New England. Have been passing Ireland all day it is certainly a beautiful country from this distance Peopled by fighters -- It was so clear today that one could see Wales and Ireland at the same time and they are sixty miles apart. The pilot is on board. 

I am to start for London tomorrow morning at eight o'clock. My face has recovered i sympathize with [[strikethrough]] babys [[/strikethrough]] infants cutting teeth.

Mrs. Snow is a very attractive lady and has seen many lands. But has I imagine a serious lung trouble. 

We have had a rough cold voyage and I am glad to be nearing mother earth. I have wished you were with me. I send all my love to you and land tomorrow on English soil happy in having a fixed aim and work.
