Dear Father —

I received your letter today of Oct. 5. 1903. With notice of the remittance of $100. I thank you a hundred times for the same.

I have determined on taking a studio at three-hundred dollars a year if the land-lord consents to some alterations - Which will be decided this evening.

The studio has also a reception room bedroom bath-water-closet and sink - Is in a good build in Chelsea the reception room I shall turn
