I have determined on taking a studio at three-hundred dollars a year if the land-lord consents to some alterations - Which will be decided this evening. The studio has also a reception room bedroom bath-water-closet and sink - Is in a good build in Chelsea the reception room I shall turn Ex. [[image]] Ex.
