My dear Father —

Your allowance of two hundred dollars received last Thursday, and while it came at the right time you were really to [[too]] liberal I have deposited one hundred dollars and shall not need to draw on it until the end of this month. I am buying stair carpet and window shades - tumblers tables chairs &c. &c.

My studio is a fine place, everything in it

Love to all—
William Loring.
