My dear Mother,

I am at last entirely settled in my studio. It is a most attractive place, and gradually I shall get it furnished.

My frames arrived today only to be sent back again to have the color of the bronze changed.

Sunday I took tea at Mr. Mills' studio. Many interesting people were there. A Mr. Smith played the cello, Mrs. Robbins the violin, and Mills sang.

A Miss Watkins was there who has gained a second medal in the Salon.
