Dear Folks:

This afternoon the nurse at the hospital called me up as soon asthma Myra arrived and I went over and we went up together to see [[?]] and chat there for a half hour. I took over about a dozen snapshots of Doris from babyhood up as she was very curious to see what she looked like, and she enjoyed looking at them and commenting on them. Myra seems quite small and rather shrivelled and has a strong south worth look, reminding me a bit of Fred. She suffers from spinal arthritis and for several summers, including this, has spent some weeks at [[?]] Hot Spring taking treatments for arthritis. She plans to teach 2 more years and will be then 68, and will probably join Kim's wife & widowed daughter in Pasadena. She regards them as relatives & keeps in close touch, – I think she said she visited them at Xmas. She was disappointed that she couldn't see you and Doris but has to return.
