Dear Sid:

Doris is taking the sugar coupons down to the store to collect whatever is due is this AM. I think all but 1 are used already. If you want we can take it back to Va. The canning coupons are good till Oct. Maybe I will get some of them for pears. The pears are beginning to ripen down cellar, but will keep till you come. I hope you have a good weekend. Rained here all day yesterday & Doris made her skirt & nearly finished it, with the aid of all of us in fitting, etc. Will get to work on the grass when it dries up today and finish the painting. We went over to see Maud last night, she has been out riding 3 days with Bertha. Doris is waiting to go down the store.

Doris.
