Hello everyone, here are the Friday meeting minutes, both as an attached Word 5.1 document and as text, below. Thank you Justin Moresco for taking the minutes.

Minutes: Friday, May 12, 1995
Introduction-
Chris Scott from Loral is visiting.
JPL may be here for Pre PDR
PrePDR will be tomorrow May 13 starting at 9:00 am
Jesse asked for two assistants to help him set up computer, overhead etc. tomorrow morning
Fred Peters-
discussed the purpose of the PDR-it is very informal, it is really only for us to lay everything out on the table and to give everyone a chance to see what we're all about. Fred would like some Information as a hard copy for Chris Scott and others so they can have something to take back.
Dirk Schilling-
All documents under KidSAT in folders with the exception of team folders will be relocated-specs to be distributed by email later
Dirk suggested that anyone who is interested in scholarships for the summer should talk to Dr. Wiskerchen
Kris Langham-
School section of the mission scenario is being filled out by Hillary
For PDR, for anyone who is in need of help, Kris will be available all day Friday in the Lab (CRB 313)
Mike Baine-
In near term we will be connected to quicker band width
In long run we will be connected to as much band width as we would ever hope for
We will have 10 megabits designated for our use now
Pathworks will replace Pacershare
Hillary-
Still working on getting a packet discussing milestones and software out to teachers in order to mitigate communication
Has been working on the function definitions
TEP meetings at 3:00 on Fridays biweekly
Jesse Keller-
Inventorying software that we'll be putting downstairs
Next Wed. at 2:00 with supercomputing center- we need to know how much storage we need
Hard drives for Alphas will be here next Monday or Tuesday
"PDR Template" will be template for Friday meetings under Deimos/KidSAT/Presentations
Jacqueline (CAD)-
Continued work on function definitions and system balancing
Dan Cunningham-
Electrical work will start soon downstairs
Tracy West will be picking up there computers this weekend
Sara (SCI.VIS.)-
Web group is working on a structure
Action Items
Get teachers information packet - Hillary would like to have ready by Thursday the 18th
Need changes to Function Requirements by noon Monday (see Kris Langham)- on Wednesday they are being signed; after that it will be very hard to change
Security Precautions--need exact procedure to ensure safety--taken on by Dan Cunningham
