Netscape Summary

[[2 column table]]
| Back | displays the previous page in the history list. The history list is a reference to pages you have viewed. |
| Forward | displays the next page in the history list (available only after using the Back command or a history menu item). |
| Home | displays the home page designated in your preferences. Yours should be set at the Netscape Homepage unless you have changed it. |
| Open | displays a dialog box where you can enter any URL (page address). Every page is distinguished by its URL. |
| Print | is used to print the page that is currently displayed. |
| Reload | If your page is acting funny or if information has been added to the page and you want to see it, reload it. |
| Bookmarks | Bookmarking items provides a more permanent means of page retrieval. Once you add a bookmark to your list, the title stays until you remove it or change your list. This makes it quicker and easier to access your favorite or most used pages! |

You can "bookmark" an item by selecting Add Bookmark under the Bookmarks menu. If a page has already been bookmarked, you can go to it quickly (without having to type its URL) by going to the Bookmarks menu, and selecting that page.

Problems that may occur:
*If it takes a long time to transfer to a new page, click Stop on the tool bar and then try to "reload" the page by clicking on Reload on the tool bar.

*If you try to transfer to a new page and it does not work- recheck the URL you have typed, if it still does not work the server may be down so try again later.
