JoBea-

Thanks for the input.

I suggest we take out JSC in the paragraph that states it is a join project of.....
First, this is exploratory, and no commitment has been made by NASA to implement this project, although JSC is helping. Second, NASA is "jointly involved" by the fact that we are releasing a NASA Press Release and that we are providing study money, which is stated in the release.
OK?

I have not talked to NSF, but I will send the draft release to to Mike Haney.

Jim Cast of Public Affairs is really willing and able to help us get this reviewed by the right PAO people and out on the wire.

I would like to give this to Jim now and state that we are still waiting for your go ahead for final release.
But I'll wait till your ok on the wording (review by CTY and CalSpace).

Jim also suggested we might want to do a special/select release to appropriate educational, etc. media, and organization. Any thoughts on that?

Barry
