St. Guenolé March 31st 1910
My dear Grace,
I have been thinking of you often since I am here and wish you were with me. I arrived here last Sat. with Roland; we will probably stay here about ten days and on our way back to Paris we expect to stop off at several places, at one or two of the [[crossed out/] chateau [[crossed-out]] Chateaus and at Cornae[[?]].

The weather has been perfect here for the last four days. I am getting sunburnt and gaining some weight. I wish you could see how beautiful the heather is now, like huge masses or rich gold, it has a rich odor. [[crossed-out/]] now [[crossed-out]] also which I don't remember its having last autumn.

There are lots of the smaller flowers out, I am sending you some. They are badly pressed as I did not have any thing to put them between when I picked them; will try and do better with the next lot.
The skylarks seem to be more numerous
