I wish you were here & would talk a little and not get angry. If you would unbend & be human & talk a bit I should not [[strikethrough]] get [[/strikethrough]] become nervous & wild; and I can't help feeling it would be good for you.

Goodnight, I love you & I hope you love me & will not feel sad. I am afraid this is a letter you will interpret wrongly, but I meerly wrote down any passing feelings so that they should pass & not trouble my mind, Grace. with love.
