I seem to be keeping a muzzle on myself not to be fussy about food, but you have no idea how hard it is just now. Though the Johnson family never had the luxuries common in the city, there was always veracity (till they went to Florida) & we swam in [[strikethrough]] fre [[/strikethrough]] milk & never were without homemade bread (cut thin) & good butter & generally abundance of fruit & vegitables in season cooked according to our taste.
