Dear Grace and the little of me.

The remaining bulk is tired and desires sleep but reason tells me that the hour is to early and this letter I wanted to write to you yesterday is unwritten. To postpone until tomorrow would please sleep and reason would be deluded into believing that tomorrow I would be the sleepless one, but experience wins by saying have you forgotten last night, the night before and the many of more than one, two and three years past? No I have not and I remember they are all the same when there is something to be done and sleep drop her heavy mantle over one.
