Dear Grace, 
Just received your letter, It is nine oclock and I was just going out from the League with Smith. We were on the way to his studio where I may sleep tonight. 
Spent most of the day at your aunts getting my pictures in order to send away. Jimmy said that Missa Fanny had written to him to killa [[da roost?]] as your aunt expects to get back tomorrow. Ray is away; do not know when she expects to get back.
