My old girl - 28th Sept. 1919
I am getting tired of these days long with huried [[hurried]] work and unbroken by a sight of you & mono. These last two days I have had a man helping me & think I will get the big man done in time - But I am at a loss what to call the thing - Talk it over with mono & see if you can find something. I had to pay two men 25 frs. one for two hours work & the other for a half hour - for helping to move in our things! I went to see Brunswig he sails the 1st also Mrs. Whitney - to returne in three weeks - Benedect is coming tomorrow to chose something for the exhibition which opens the 6th - A good kiss - John
