Dearest Girl-  July 30 '22

They were all very glad to see me.  Met me at the train + made the round of the [[?]] before dinner.   Jack found some good things but natuarlment in the thousands-
We will do some [[chateaux?]] today and more tomorrow.  will be home perhaps Tuesday but not sure- Please wire Miss Roillur to pospone [[postpone]] our dinner until Thursday.
Yours is really the most beautiful and interesting- It is now 7 o'clock + they won't be down till ten so I am off to see the things I know they wont stop to see- the [[cathedral?]] included.  I  know mono must be almost well by know.  Love + lot of kisses to you both- your John-
