Dear Mr Storrs:- 

Have been so busy havent had time to write. been having so much trouble with help. had to get rid of Virginia. she had it so easy all summer and she got into the habit of coming down 8 & 9 o'clock in the morning. she couldent or wouldent break her self of it, and got so neglectful of her work I just couldent stand her any longer. I think I have had a half doz. since. 

The room was already papered when I received your letter and paid for, your share is $2.50. Miss Lambert
