Exhibitions are constantly open and the finest of modern pictures are at all times to be seen, but the city itself is so wonderful. Superb bridges and buildings, magnificent parks and the finest of statues everywhere. It is simply beyond description and are on such a larger scale, that it is at all times new. I am sure you will never regret having come over if you can manage it but I do not quite understand what you mean about selling off your estate. I hope it does not mean that you intend selling the
