May 7th A.M. before Breakfast.

The passengers have used all the note paper - only this left. We are scudding through a N. Easter. Due to reach Liverpool about noon. No one can carry mail ashore, it must be sent from the boat so I am finishing this up. It was a beautiful view along the Irish coast yesterday high rugged hills [[almost?]] mountains scirted [[skirted]] the shore which did seem 10 miles away.

Passed Fasnet light about 3 P.M. and at 7.30 P.M. we were about over the fatal spot where the Lusitania was so brutally sunk, and only a short distance from Holland Light not [[f-- /cut off]]

Transcription Notes:
Prior to "a N. Easter", based on the handwriting throughout, I believe the first word begins with an "s" and ends in "ing" (compare to "finishing" 6 lines down the page). I believe the second begins with a "t" and ends with a "p" (compare with the line above which features multiple of these two letters). Prior to "light about 3 P.M." there are two words, I believe the first begins with "D" the second begins with "F." Hope this helps - S.D.
