Sweet Marion,
Just a note, at last the "Day of Command" has come [[strikethrough]]the[[/strikethrough i will explain.

Douglas Volk,
I have much pleasure in communicating to you the copy of a telegraph which I have just received from our Minister to Belgium

I assume that you will proceed to Brussels without delay, Perhaps you will kindly acquaint me of the period of your departure, in order that I may telegraph M. Whitlock with a view to a time being let upon for arrival.

I am tackling stifs into a view to obtaining settings from Loyd George & L'j. Orlando, in order that you may be able to get to work as soon as possible from the portraits of these statesmen after your return from Brussels.

Perhaps I may have the pleasure of seeing you before your departure

Yours very sincerely,

(Signed) Henry White.
