Douglas Volk, I have much pleasure in communicating to you the copy of a telegraph which I have just received from our Minister to Belgium I assume that you will proceed to Brussels without delay, Perhaps you will kindly acquaint me of the period of your departure, in order that I may telegraph M. Whitlock with a view to a time being let upon for arrival. I am tackling stifs into a view to obtaining settings from Loyd George & L'j. Orlando, in order that you may be able to get to work as soon as possible from the portraits of these statesmen after your return from Brussels.
