Mother will arrive at Mrs Lyons, tomorrow or next day + there are other young people in the Center.

It is rather hard for  me to rise to these occasions - as I have no heart for anything of the kind this year. I would rather fuss around out of doors than do any thing else - but am not strong enough to accomplish much. Eva is frying doughnuts & I am sitting by the dining room fire - It is really cold today. 

Perhaps you had better write to Southack & Ball, 11 Broadway - yourself about renewing your lease from Oct at 16 hundred a year! I will pay the Bridgeton Bank the $60.00 this week - for April & May dues.

I am thinking of your constantly - & hoping that you keep well and your sittings most agreeable - It will be such fun to hear
