Monday 9.P.M. Dear Jessie I arrived safely & met Atherton on the train. When I arrived at the door who should be looking out the window but baby in nurses arms baby blue eyes bright as stars He is simply looking fine & his colic is not near so severe as formerly Miss Ruskin puts hot water in his bottle & a few sucks brings up the gas & he is happy again - the hot water works like a charm. We expect (Dr) to wean him tomorrow morning He is getting much more color than when he first came & his eyes are larger. His bowels are now all right. Hope you passed a good night! All inquired after you and were happy to know you were so much better. Be happy in the knowledge that you have one of the handsomest babies going & we will hope & pray
