Dearest Jesse -

I hope you have your conference with Wagon Lits and have left Paris for Tripied[[?]]. It has been hot here, but nothing like Paris.

I began to hunt up a place and uncle A -- & Aunt I -- have offered me in the little cottage across the road, a room with a little kitchen for three weeks or a month untill I am ready to go South to you. I shall be most comfortable,& I shall not be I am sure, in their way either. You know Miss Oliver] has one end of the house. It's one house but two seperate little houses with nice little garden. I have accepted it & shall be able to paint some too

I shall come back to Paris Wednesday or Thursday. What day or you coming

Transcription Notes:
Note: A few words I was unsure of and marked with [?], and seperate is misspelled on purpose, as I believe that is how he spelled it.
