The reason the Y.M.C.A canteen cannot sell to the french soulder is because of the French Government. American tobacco and other things coming free of duty, and since the French holds the monopoly on french tobacco it would loose a loose tax if the Ys would sell to the other Allies we understand that this is goin to be arranged because it is prety hard of the French [[soulder?]] that needs a smoke and cannot get it. because we the Foyer are often clean out while the Ys generaly have a good suply of it.
