Know all men by these presents that I Dr. Fairfield of Bladensburg Prince George County State of Maryland held and firmly bound to the United States of America in the sum of two Hundred (200$) dollars for the payment of which I bind myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, firmly by these presents in this contract that I am to furnish the Persons whose names are subjoined for labors, Quarters and full substantial and healthy Rations, and all necessary medical attendance and supplies in case of sickness.  And the amounts or privilages that opposite their respect names per month. monthly; during the continuation of this Contract.  This contract to be broken only by mutual consent.
