Know all men by these presents that I, Rich'd Hutchins Howard County State of Maryland held and firmly bound to the United States of America in the Sum of 200$. two Hundred Dollars for the payment of which I bind myself my Heirs Executors and Administrators firmly by these presents in this Contract, that I am to furnish to person whose name is subjoined (free Laborer) full substantial and healthy Rations and Quarters, and the Amount of (5$) Five Dollars per month. Monthly during the Continuation of this Contract. (25) twenty five per Cent of said wages to be retained monthly until the "end" of time of service, then to be paid in full. This Contract to be broken only by mutual consent. Also all necessary attendance and supplies in Case of Sickness.
