Transcription Notes:
Edited: removed [[blank]] and [[unsigned]] not required, reformatted image per instructions, Edited: Added image of stamp Edited: some changes, corrections, additions, etc. - The word following (9.00$) looks like "hiu" but I found something very similar on page 144 where it is currently transcribed as "nine". - Since many of the names in these Bureau papers are written as [lastname][title][firstname], is it possible that the name under "Signed, sealed and delivered," says "JMrAndenburgh", as in "Mr. Andenburgh J"? (example: from the information page: Cilley Maj. Clinton A. (or – Maj. Clinton A. Cilley) Asst. Adjt. Genl.)
