Mr. Homer E. Sargent Jr.

with us, although I know that Benham will want to claim some of your valuable time. You of course know that Benham is married, and you will therefore, have a chance to see him and his better half in their cosy little quarters just across the street from the Museum.

Mrs. Pepper will be delighted to read your letter and more so when she learns that we may expect you in the East at no far distant day. I hope you will hit the trail as soon as you can cinch your pack. Be sure and make the diamond hitch the real thing so that you will not have to re-cinch until you reach camp in New York.

With great expectations for a good chat and plenty of camp-fire stories, and with kindest regards from Mrs. Pepper, I am as ever,

Wamly and sincerely yours,

(G.H.P.)
