Nov. 12th, 1903

My dear little Friends:-
You cannot imagine how much I enjoyed your visit to the Museum on Tuesday afternoon. You were so good and so thoroughly interested in the little stories that I told you about the Indians, that it was really a delight to be with the Indians again, for when I talk of them it really carries me back to the camps in the West, and it seems that I am really with my Indian friends again. 
I was greatly surprised this morning when I received your letters, and I want to thank you, oh so much, for telling me in your own words of the different parts of the talk that interested you especially.
If I had the time, I should like to write each of you a long letter. This I cannot do however, and I am therefore, writing this letter that all of you may read it.
Miss Florence Ballard:-
Would say that I more than appreciate your interest in the Indians, and hope that you will learn more about them as you grow older. 
My dear little Florence Reeve:-
If you are so interested in the rugs that you saw, and in the Indian language, I hope that you will come and see me again as soon as possible, and you can hear more of the Indian words, and possibly learn what the would call you were you to visit them in their Western homes.
