Pres. E.T. Ripley,
Railway Exchange, Jackson Boulevard,
Chicago, Ill.

Dear Sir:-
Your very kind letter containing passes over the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe system have been received, and I want to thank you more earnestly for the great assistance that you have so graciously given me.
Regarding the prints from our last season's work, I regret to have to state that some of the negatives are at the present time in the hands of the printer, and I expect to leave for the West in a few days, it will be impossible to make a selection at the present time. I shall be pleased however to send these prints as soon as I return from the West, and with them any from our present summer's work that would in my opinion interest you.
Thanking you again for your assistance, and hoping that you may care to honor us with a call some time during the coming winter, I beg to remain,
Very respectfully yours,
(G.H.P.)
