damaged to the extent of the monies expended by him.
Therefore this Petitioner prays that if the said property be returned to its owners, it be so returned subject to the condition that he be paid for the repairs above stated, upon the return of the property, or that payment of the monies so expended by him, be secured to him in such other way as may be deemed best.-
