Know all men by these presents that Mr William H. Noble and Ann Noble of the County of Wilkinson State of Mississippi for and in consideration of the sum of five dollars to us in hand paid or secured to be paid by Mary McConnell of the County of Adams and State aforesaid. The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released and quit claimed and by these presents do remise release and quit claim unto the said Mary McConnell and her heirs and assigns forever. All that certain property situated in the City of Natchez County of Adams in said State of Mississippi, on the corner of Main and Locust Streets, on the North side of Main and on the West side of Locust Street in as City of Natchez and known as the McConnell property, consisting of two Houses & Lots adjoining each other and being the same property of which James McConnell [[dec'd]] seized and possessed in said City. Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto to belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion remainders rents issues and profits thereof and all the Estate right title interest claim or demand whatsoever of us the said William H. Noble and Ann Noble either in law or equity of in and to the above bargained premises = To have and to hold the same to the said Mary Mc Connell and her heirs and assigns forever.

In witness whereof, we the said William H. Noble and Ann Noble have hereunto set our hands and seals this 5th day of April AD 1865.
