Personally appeared before me James W. Miller, Clerk of the Probate Court of Wilkinson County State of Mississippi.  The within named William H. Noble and Ann Noble, his wife, who severally acknowledged that they signed, sealed and delivered the within Deed on the day and year therein mentioned, as their act and deed.  The said Ann Noble on a private examination separate and apart from her said husband acknowledging that the signed, sealed and delivered said deed as her voluntary act and deed freely without any fear threats or compulsion of her husband.
Given under my hand and the seal of said Court. The 5th day of April AD 1865.
