The State of Missippi

I Richard A Inge Clerk of the Probate Court of said County, do hereby certify that the foregoing two pages contain a true and perfect copy of the accord of the original deed as the same remains of record in my Office in Book A.A. pages 484 & 485, of Records of deeds of said County.
In testimony whereof. I have hereunto set my hand and seal of said Court, at Natchez the 5th day of September AD 1865

One undivided unity of all that Lot or parcel of Ground Beginning on Main Street at its intersection with an alley of Twenty Five feet wide, at the distance of One hundred and Thirty Three feet from fourth street, thence at a right angle from main street along said alley, eighty five feet, thence at a right angle and parallel with Main Street Towards fourth Street forty six feet to ground owned by Joseph Quigles, thence at a right angle eighty five feet to Main Street, thence with Main Street toward fifth street forty six feet to the point or place of beginning: Being part of Lot number one in Square number Twenty four, as designated in the general Plat of the City of Natchez."
