third part to and for the use of the said party of the second part, is as follows: our negro man slave about twenty one years of age, [[?]] [[?]], our library of books houselived and kitchen furniture as they will or may be found after marriage or property of whatever kind he [[?]] said Mellow himself as now or may hereafter have real or personall of which said property now in [[?]] or hereafter to be acquired all shall be and by these [[?]] are hereby conveyed released bargained and sold to the said Thomas Lewis for the sum of one[[?]] dollar to him the said Melow in hand paid and the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and the said Thomas Lewis covenants to hold such property only for the use and benefit of the said Sarah C. Lewis and subject entirely to her order and control.
