Trust, sought to be foreclosed, cannot be foreclosed because the same was for an illegal contract, and because the same was contrary to Law.

Hence, by the granting such an order to Mrs. Johnson, your Bureau will be interfering in Matters left to the Civil Courts, between persons able to enforce their own rights before such courts, and because by Law Mrs. Magruder is alone entitled to such possession until such courts shall decide, as you will perceive by reference to the Code of Mississippi, page 335, art 23 of Section V.

Wherefore Mrs. Magruder calls your kind attention to her own application as the only order connecting said property, which it is believed your Bureau will give.

Respectfully submitted
I W M Harris
T. A. Marshall
for Mrs. Magruder
