for the next year, for his own occupation in such manner as will not hinder, injury or trouble said lessees.

Wherefore he respectfully prays for an order that said Plantation be restored to him subject to the said present lease and also for an order permitting him, in the mean time, to build, work and repair said plantation for his future use, in such manner as will not interfere with the said lessees.

That he does not come within any of the excepted classes and files herewith a copy of his Amnesty oath.
