Dear Doctor

Yours of July 13th & 19th reached me 2 days ago. Having been returned from Hayti. I returned to this country 4 weeks ago. Was not in good shape, my prostate was troublesome with occasional urethral haemorrhages - so I had to come back. It is an enlarged middle lobe, which though small is troublesome as it directly projects into the urethra. Nothing else was visible by the cystoscope, so the mid. lobe was cauterized with elect. cautery, & I am now better- 

An announcement came yesterday that the 2 cases shipped July 3rd- had arrived. Im much interested in the act of Beck's new bid - He got into the small [[?]] mountains where I wanted to go the past June - But could not owing to the war.
